steps:

1, install the raeder driver in your pc(win7 drver  need install by hand)

2, insert heicard and one SIM to reader.(make sure heicard  is in the correct position )

3，insert cardreader to pc，run the heicard downloader，select the reader mode（pcsc or phonix），phonix reader need select COM and set baud rate 19200 or 9600；

4，click “reset复位” to connect raeder，you will get the ATR，if no atr，please check the heicard good contact with reader;

5,click “进入升级模式“，get short atr，select heicard firmware，it will start to download firmware into heicard ，after finish，click “ok”，you will get the long ATR，finish update！
